Writers Theatre

Writers Theatre is located in Glencoe, a northern suburb of Chicago. Operating for many years out of the back of a book store, Writers Theatre opened this new theatre center in 2016 in collaboration with the Women's Library Club of Glencoe. You can learn more about the building here.

Arik began working at the theatre in early 2017 and is currently the Database Administrator & Technology Manager. Arik and Amanda were excited to find another theatre company with a mission similar to The Gamm Theatre when they moved to Chicago. While there have been a number of memorable and moving productions, their favorite is probably still the first show they saw there, The Hunter and The Bear.
